A Dunipace man with a history of domestic abuse who left threatening voicemails on his ex’s phone was this week jailed for six months.
Kevin Malloy, or Modica, of Milton Place, had admitted a charge of engaging in a course of behaviour abusive of a partner or ex-partner contrary to the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018.
Sheriff Hamilton noted that he had abused women since 2010 and the matter before the court was among a number of convictions for domestically aggravated offending.
