Abully boyfriend who became the first man in the country to be convicted of controlling and coercive behaviour has appeared back in court for continuing to make his ex’s life a misery.
Dad Sam Williams was banned from having any contact with the mother of his child or going to her address for 12 months by the family court in December 2022. But on September 17 the 36-year-old turned up at her Hanford home at 10pm and shouted that he wanted to see his daughter.
And he returned to the address on September 23, at 9pm and refused to leave. Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard his terrified ex only managed to escape the next morning.
